In 1952 when Carolyn started school I really was spread thin with all the school activities. Both kids were into sports, plays, school projects plus the dentist, and other "things". I was always in all the parents groups. "Duch" and I worked together on all the affairs since all four kids were in the same schools. Many a spaghetti dinner we put on! Actually, we had fun. We always had a good relationship with all the teachers and the principals. I spent a lot of time at swimming meets. Both Eddie and Carolyn were good swimmers and were on the Cheltenham Swimming Team. There was also hockey etc. I'm glad I was able to do it all.
