Ingredients shallots mushrooms brandy consomme worchestushire cream Directions Flame shallots & mushrooms with brandy. Add consumme and worchestushire and then cream - reduce. Sauce to be served over a sauted, peppercorned filet mingon. Good with french fries to soak up extra sauce. |
