Ingredients cream sauce:
2 T butter
1 T flour
1 1/2 c milk
salt & pepper
potatoes:
4 large, peeled, sliced potatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
Directions put potatoes in a buttered baking dish.
pour cream sauce over potatoes
bake uncovered 1-1 1/4 hours at 350
may add grated chees, buttered crumbs or toasted wheat germ to top before cooking for variety
