olive oil
4 shrimp
garlic
shallots
ginger
lemongrass
cilantro
tamari (soys)
chicken stock
sambal
plain yogurt
peanut butter
water Directions
Saute shrimp, drain oil. Add seasoning, soy and chicken stock, simmer. Mixture should be liquidy. Add small amount of sambal (spicy), yogurt and one large spoonful of peanut butter. Mix over heat and thin with water to thick sauce texture. Server over curried angel hair pasta.
