Ingredients olive oil
3 shrimp
scallops
garlic
shallots
ginger
soy sauce
white wine
carrots
mushrooms
red peppers
broccoli
pea pods
butter
Directions Saute seafood and drain excess oil. Add seasoning and soy and wine. Top with veggies and butter when reheating. Veggies will be aldante. Serve over rice to soak liquid(wine,soy,butter)
