Ingredients 1 1/2 c cooked, cubed chicken
1/4 c frozen peas
1/4 c shredded carrots
1/8 t celery seed
1 T golden raisens
1 c shreeded red cabbage
1/4 c chopped green apple
2-3 chopped scallion
1/4 chopped celery
Dressing
1 c plain nonfat yogurt
2 T nonfat mayo
3 t curry powder
3 T fresh lemon juice
pepper
1 T dejon-style mustard
1 small shallot
Wisk & blend together
