Course: Main Ingredients
olive oil
chicken breasts
chicken broth or stock
white whine
fresh lemon juice
lemon slices
salt and pepper
high-end linguini Directions
Saute chicken in olive oil. Sometimes it is a good idea to pound breasts flat so they will cook evenly. When browned on both sides, add equal parts chix stock and white wine. Add juice from 1/4 lemon for each chicken breast. Cook until chicken is done. Serve over cooked linguine. Garnish with capers & lemon slices.
