Course: Dessert Ingredients
1 1/2 lb cream cheese
1 1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
2 t vanilla
zest from 1/8 lemon
Whip cream cheese and sugar until there are NO lumps.
Add eggs slowly.
Add zest and vanilla
Spoon into graham cracker crust
Bake in waterbath at 300 until firm (about 2 1/2 hours).
