4 egg yolks
4 c olive oil
2 T anchovey
3 T garlic, minced
10 T dijon mustard
3 T grated parmesian cheese
3 T red wine vinegar
3 T lemon juice
1 1/2 T salt
1 1/2 T pepper Directions
Mix in food processor.
Add oil very slowly and lastly.
