Ingredients 1/2 c butter 3/4 c sugar 2 eggs 1 t vanilla 2 t amaretto 2 c + 2 T flour 1 1/2 t baking powder 1/2 t salt 2/3 c nuts (macadamian) 2/3 c chips (white chocolate) Directions cream together sugar and butter until soft beat in eggs, vanilla, liquor add flour mixture fold in buts and chips divide dough in half, 2 "logs" bake at 325 for 25 min cut and bake again for 8 min. makes 3 1/2 - 4 dozen |
